Archives

Find out if any details or history exist on your Aston Martin, or see our records.

It is our experience that the individual history of a vehicle influences its value. We encourage owners to compile as much detail on their vehicle as possible.

At present this Archives section just records details of vehicles that have previously been listed for sale at allastonmartin.com. However, in time, it is our intention to post details of all Aston Martin and Lagonda vehicles of which we have records held as hard copy since trading started in 1986. These may comprise of original build specifications, past ownership details, service, maintenance and restoration invoices or schedules, MOT dates and odometer readings, photographs, competition history both sporting and concours, road tests and reports. Therefore, it is always worth enquiring about the vehicle you are interested in.

We will also archive details of your own vehicle, both hard copy and to post in this Archives section. To do this, please send photographs and photocopies only of documents to Philip Jones, Byron International, Buckland Heights, Walton Heath, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 7HZ, U.K.

It may also interest you to know that the current registered keeper can apply to the DVLC on a Fee - Paying Enquiry form VQ3, for copies of all previous Registration Documents, occasionally these include a copy of the old style folding Log Book. Please be aware that computerised Registration Documents in the U.K., were only introduced in 1976. We have found that a suitably worded enquiry letter to previous owners with a stamped, self-addressed reply envelope can sometimes be rewarding.
